Collection includes correspondence between C. G. Conn of Elkhart, Ind. and Fred Finter of Jeffersonville, Ind. All of the documents concern Finter's purchase of a cornet from the Conn company in 1893. Includes a lease agreement signed by Finter and a letter of 4 February 1893 in which Finter agreed to pay Conn $11.30 on the 15th of every month until the full amount of $48.30 was paid. C.G. Conn sold Wonder Band Instruments and was the self-proclaimed "manufacturer of the best band instruments in the world."
